Uniform & Equipment
Below is a table that details what uniform and equipment you will need to begin your officiating career. Keep in mind, this list is for beginners working in warmer weather typical in Northern Kentucky in August and September. In October and later you will need to buy cold weather gear and knickers. Any experienced official can advise you on what and when to buy. Also, there are many business, brick and mortar, and internet, where you can shop and get good deals.

Striped Shirt (Long sleeve shirts will be required when weather turns cold) All shirts will have a USA Flag patch on breast pocket flag provided by the NKOA |
